Reasons to Rent this Apartment

Star Star Star

  1. Three star Luxe category - new in March 2006
The apartment and everything in it is new, and very comfortable. Comprehensively equipped with excellent quality appliances - they are for our own use when we don't have tenants.

The balcony is south facing with a view of semi tropical gardens. It has the sun on it most of the day; you can eat all of your meals out there.

We have been inspected by the local council (Ville d'Antibes) and been awarded three stars Luxe category, which is the highest rating possible for this type of property.

Security - a very high level for every area of the building and the apartment.

  2. Air conditioned and heated
The apartment is air conditioned for the summer and the same equipment produces heat for the winter. In addition there is a ceramic fan heater - which could be all you would need.
  3. English speaking multilingual agents
Our local agent is a Dutch lady, Tine, who speaks very good English, is married to a Frenchman and has spent most of her adult life in France. She works for a property management company although she works for us on her own account. She lives nearby and is, therefore, available to quickly solve any (unlikely) problems you may have, and help you to get the best out of your holiday.
  4. Close to the beach
The main public beach of Juan-les-Pins is only 300 metres away so you can walk down to it wearing your beach clothes, carrying all your equipment. The beach is fine golden sand (some beaches, e.g. towards Nice, are pebbley), is cleaned every night and supervised during the summer.
  5. Walk to all amenities
Supermarkets, restaurants, night clubs, boutiques, the casino etc. are all very close and within walking distance.
  6. A car is not required
There is a bus stop immediately outside the front door. The local service costs 1 euro for 3 hour's travel.
The buses to Nice and Cannes, ligne 200, cost 1.50 euros outside Juan-les-Pins or 1 euro for trips inside Antibes Juan-les-Pins area.
The railway station is a very easy 8 minutes walk away - the train will take you right along the Riviera coast east or west..
  7. Convenient to Nice airport
There is a special express bus service from the airport that will drop you off 100 metres from the apartment. This is ligne 250 and the cost is 10 euros single or 15 eeuros return. You can see the times here .
Alternatively you can use the normal service bus, ligne 200, which costs 1.50 euros each way but is very slow.
  8. Private garage parking
We have no parking or travel problems.
During the summer season parking is a major problem for most visitors. Parking, if you do bring a car or hire one (which will enable you to visit the attractions further inland), is available in our own space in the underground garage. It is safe and convenient.
  9. Quiet location
The apartment is at the rear of the building overlooking semi tropical gardens and is therefore extremely quiet. It has been built to comply with recent legislation on noise insulation.
  10. Suitable for Everyone
    • There is a lift and stairs to the first floor apartment and 2 lifts (and stairs) to the garage - one for cars and one for people.

    • Older people will benefit from not having to walk far for anything and everywhere is flat.

    • Younger children will be safe, have a playground on the doorstep, and will be able to walk to the beach.

    • The young in heart will be able to walk to, and stagger back from, the night clubs.

    • Access to the apartment is suitable for disabled persons (there are no steps or stairs to negotiate) however the toilet will not accommodate a wheelchair.

    • The garage space belonging to the apartment is a designated disabled space.
