How can I be certain that the money I have paid for rent is safe?
We are utterly reliable but if you want peace of mind take out travel insurance which will protect you against cancellation of the holiday without a refund being made.
If, in highly unlikely circumstances, the apartment becomes uninhabitable before your holiday starts we will make every effort to find you equivalent alternative accommodation or alternatively make a full refund.
What about the security deposit?
This is 500 euros and can be paid in cash, this can also be the equivalent in your currency in cash, or by French bank cheque to our agent, Tine, on arrival or you can send us a cheque for £350 in England.
It will be returned on leaving or (if paid in England within 7 days) when Tine has ascertained that there are no problems at the apartment. Deductions could be made for damage to or loss of any of the contents.
Is there car parking at the apartment?
The building has it's own underground garage in which we own a large car park space.
It is accessed by a lift which is large enough to accommodate all sizes of car.
There is no additional charge for using the garage.
Do I need a car?
Public transport is excellent and extremely cheap - bus journeys locally and to Nice and Cannes 1 euro. Local buses stop at the apartment, Cannes to Nice buses pass the door. The Railway station is an 8 minute walk away.
How do I get the key to the apartment?
Our agent, Tine, will meet you on arrival and introduce you to the apartment and garage (if required).
Anna will also check you out of the apartment.
How do I get there?
Various budget airlines fly from airports all over the UK to Nice airport and then you can catch a bus direct to the apartment for 1 euro.
What is the beach like?
There are two types
- private beaches occupied by restaurants where you can not only get a meal and drinks but also hire a sunbed and umbrella for the day.
- the public beach which stretches from our nearest beach access, at the bottom of Rue des Îles, to Golfe Juan - about 2 kilometers. This is beautiful golden sand which is cleaned every night. The sea is sparkling blue and so clear you can often see shoals of small fish. There are also other sandy beaches around the bay.
